We build computational imaging and AI methods that robustly profile dynamic cell systems across the scales of organelles to organs.

Our interdisciplinary team of AI and imaging scientists and engineers develops and deploys computational imaging and deep-learning technologies that accelerate dynamic imaging and image-based profiling across the spatial scales spanning organelles to living tissues. The expertise of the group spans computational imaging, deep learning, live cell microscopy, and software engineering. We collaborate closely with other technology developers and biologists to address open questions in systems cell biology, host-pathogen interaction, immunology, and developmental biology.
