At the Special Competitive Studies Project (SCSP) AI+ Expo in Washington, D.C., Shana Kelley, president of the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub Chicago, and Jonah Cool, vice president of scientific strategy and partnerships at CZI, spoke about accelerating scientific discovery through AI and biotechnology. Their sessions highlighted the work that Kelley and Cool are leading at the Chicago Biohub and with our Billion Cells Project, respectively.

Learn more about our four scientific grand challenges that combine AI and scientific research to reveal what’s happening in the cells, tissues and organs that govern our bodies and defend us against disease. By creating and giving scientists the tools to make new discoveries, we believe it will be possible to cure, prevent and manage all diseases.
